I find that tea is not only a great way to unwind from the day. But tea also, has many added benefits that can aid in our overall good health. One of my favorite blends at the end of the day is Fennel seeds and Chamomile. This combination is really nice and flavorful. Fennel seeds has a subtle black licorice taste that helps with gas and to easy digestion. As for chamomile it is a well know herb that needs very little introduction especially when it comes to wanting to relax.
Fennel Seeds:

Hair: Is great to add to hair and scalp treatments for hair loss and hair strengthening. Due to its antioxidant properties and rich nutritional content.
Skin: Fennel and fennel seeds is rich in various vitamins and when added to your daily diet can improve the overall texture, tone, and natural glow to your skin.
Chamomile: 
Some health benefits: Aids the digestion system, mouth ulcers, menstrual pain, and it relives nervous tension.
Hair: By applying chamomile to your hair and scalp it can help with managing your dandruff and promote hair growth due to its ability to reduce bacteria on the skin and scalp.
Skin: When applied topically chamomile is great for toning the skin, reducing acne breakouts, preventing infections, and soothing red irritated skin.
