Hello Healthy Foodie!

If you are anything like me, you try to make healthy food choices throughout the week to include your snacks. It is always nice to have a quick tasty snack to throw in your bag or in your pocket while on the go. The reality for many of us is that we do not always have time to sit down to a balanced meal. Let’s be honest, sometimes we just want the things we probably shouldn’t have. And you know what? That’s ok! 

I would like for this to be a space where we can share our triumphs and challenges, while we are on the hunt for healthy tasty food. Pro tip: Always read the ingredients. Everything that looks healthy, isn’t healthy.

My healthy snack of choice for this week is dried mangos and bananas. What I like about this brand is not only does it have great ingredients and taste good, they come individually wrapped.
